Many are receiving requests for confirmation of
Flood Insurance coverage from their Mortgage companies.

Our flood insurance policy is annually
renewable, and this is why you get the request from your
mortgage company. Make sure you follow up with your
mortgage company afterwards so they do not charge you
for coverage!!!!
